Exchange & Return Policy

Items once purchased, cannot be returned. You may get onetime exchange on any item bought from BAHAS within 7-10 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing.

If an item has been wrongly delivered (in terms of size, color, or silhouette) or if the item is defected, the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All exchanges for orders must be sent back to the address provided by the customer care agent at the customer’s expense.
